Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited (US): 2–3 business days after processing.
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. Free sample packets ship at no cost via standard mail.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@pushinstall.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once an order has shipped. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
