Refund Policy

We stand behind every PUSH Install System product. If you are not satisfied, here is how returns and refunds work.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused or only lightly tested, in their original packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@pushinstall.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Free Sample Packets
Free sample packets are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement.
6. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped follow the same 30-day guarantee above.
